AI Assistants (MCP)

Rewrite Scripts

Your connected assistant can read a project’s full narration and rewrite it for you. It can tighten wordy passages, fix grammar, adapt the script for a different audience, or make any custom change you describe — and your markers stay attached to the right words.

Name the project and say what you want:

  • Tighten the script of Onboarding walkthrough. Keep it under 90 seconds.
  • Fix grammar and typos in the script of Onboarding walkthrough.
  • Rewrite the script of Onboarding walkthrough for IT admins who already know SSO.
  • In Onboarding walkthrough, merge the two paragraphs about invitations and move the pricing paragraph to the end.

Your assistant reads the script, proposes the new version, and asks before it saves. Ask to see the changes first if you want to review them paragraph by paragraph.

If your assistant shows Tutorial AI’s guided prompts, pick rewrite-script and choose a mode:

ModeWhat it does
tightenCuts filler and repetition so the narration is shorter and clearer
grammarFixes grammar, spelling, and punctuation without changing the meaning
audienceAdapts tone and detail for the audience you describe
customMakes whatever change you describe

audience and custom ask you to describe what you want before they start.

  • Markers stay in place. Sync markers, zooms, highlights, slides, and other markers keep their position in the narration.
  • Paragraphs can change. Your assistant can add, remove, move, or merge paragraphs.
  • Slides don’t change. A script rewrite never changes slide structure. To change a slide, ask for a slide edit.

Open the project in Tutorial AI to hear the new narration and check the timing against the video. Adjust sync markers in the script editor if a sentence now lands too early or too late.

The rewrite itself is written by your own assistant, so Tutorial AI doesn’t run a separate AI model for it.
