AI Assistants (MCP)
Edit Slides
Your connected assistant can work with the slides in your projects. It shows you a preview before it saves anything, so you approve every change.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”| Task | Try asking |
|---|---|
| Edit a slide — text, layout, images, or videos | On the title slide of Onboarding walkthrough, change the subtitle to “Set up your workspace in 5 minutes”. |
| Add a slide at a place you choose | Add a slide after the introduction of Onboarding walkthrough listing the three setup steps. |
| Reuse a slide from another project in the same workspace | Copy the closing slide from Product tour into Onboarding walkthrough. |
| Add media already in your workspace | Use the dashboard screenshot from the asset library on the second slide. |
| Delete a slide | Remove the pricing slide from Onboarding walkthrough. |
How a slide edit works
Section titled “How a slide edit works”-
Your assistant reads the slide and suggests the change.
-
It shows you a preview of the new slide.
-
You approve, or ask for changes. Nothing is saved until you say so.
-
It saves the slide. Open the project in Tutorial AI to see it in context.
If your assistant shows Tutorial AI’s guided prompts, edit-slide walks you through the same steps for one slide.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Images and videos must already be in your workspace. Upload new media to the Asset Library in Tutorial AI first (how), then ask your assistant to use it.
- Deleting a slide keeps its media. Images and videos stay in your workspace for later.
- Script rewrites don’t change slides. Ask for a slide edit instead.
