Why do I see two cursors on my uploaded recording? Tutorial AI hides its AI-smoothed cursor on uploaded videos by default — if you see two, turn Hide cursor back on in the Cursor menu.
How do I add a video clip to a tutorial? Insert another screen recording straight into your video with Clips — or place other footage, like a webcam intro or B-roll, on a slide.
How do I hide the recording controls while I record? The play controls only appear in the Chrome Extension — collapse them with the left-arrow icon so they stay out of your tutorial.
How do I remove the 'Made with Tutorial.ai' watermark? Any paid plan removes it from future exports. The catch: it's baked into files you already exported — you need to re-export after upgrading.
